David Craig

CEO and Co-Founder

David is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in various industries. With a strong focus on the cannabis sector, David has made significant contributions and achieved remarkable milestones throughout his career.

Having successfully raised an impressive $17 million for a cannabis extraction company, David possesses a keen understanding of the financial landscape within regulated markets. His expertise in securing funding and navigating investment opportunities has been instrumental in driving growth and innovation.

Over the last 7 years David has developed a network across the entire value chain of controlled substance markets serving the cannabis, psilocybin and pharmaceutical grade bio ingredients As and early investor in a cannabis and hemp processing venture, principal in a legal retail cannabis brand and a public speaker on the nuances and directions of the industry and 2.0 product development for global distribution, he has continued to develop relationships in all sectors of controlled substance industries. 

Today, with Harbour, David leads a dynamic team of seasoned professionals pioneering a new asset class in the coca leaf space. All aspects required to build disruptive and scalable fundamentals in pharmaceutical, CPG and agri business categories are present and high profile brand collaborations are elevating Harbour into a category of one as the supply chain engine driving the coca revolution.

Garry Siskos

Chief Executive Officer

Garry Siskos is a seasoned financial executive, corporate advisor, and board-level leader with more than three decades of experience guiding organizations through complex financial, operational, and strategic transformations.

Mr. Siskos currently serves as President and UDP of Gillford Capital Inc., a registered Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. Under his leadership since the company’s acquisition in 2017, Gillford has supported qualified investors and issuers across private placements and exempt market transactions, while also providing M&A advisory, capital structuring, and financial due diligence services to small and mid-sized enterprises in Canada and internationally.

He is also the Managing Partner of Siskos & Associates Inc., a boutique business-advisory and chartered public accounting firm he founded in 2003. Through this practice, Mr. Siskos has held multiple operational and executive roles—including CFO, COO, Officer, and Director—supporting both private and public companies. His firm operates across diverse industry verticals such as automotive manufacturing, information technology, marketing and social media, fintech, mining, real estate, medical services, and international corporate finance and taxation.

Over his career, Mr. Siskos has served as Chief Financial Officer, COO, and senior financial advisor for several organizations, including First Phosphate, JEC Distributors, Viral Nation, and Meltwater Social (formerly Sysomos). He was also Co-Founder and CFO of ARM Communications/Showcare Technologies, helping guide its early expansion and financial structuring.

Prior to his executive roles, he held senior positions at Reed Exhibitions, serving as CFO for North America and later as SVP of Business Development, where he played a key role in corporate growth initiatives across the U.S. market. Earlier career experience includes management roles in taxation at PricewaterhouseCoopers and financial analysis at IBM Canada.

Mr. Siskos is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds credentials from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, the Canadian Securities Institute, the IFSE Institute, and the American Management Association, along with specialized training in Canadian taxation and business valuations.

Recognized for his deep expertise in corporate finance, strategic negotiations, M&A execution, and international business advisory, Mr. Siskos brings a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, restructure operations for growth, and guide organizations through pivotal financial decisions. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Greek, he continues to serve clients across Canada, the United States, Europe, India, and China, delivering strategic insight with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Alvaro Concha

Advisor, Former Colombia Trade Commissioner to Canada

Alvaro Concha is a seasoned Colombian-Italian professional with a proven track record of success in the public and private sectors. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad EAFIT in Medellin, Colombia, and an MBA from La Escuela Europea de Negocios - EEN in Madrid, Spain. With over 22 years of experience in International Trade and Business promotion, he has successfully led operations across Europe, Canada, and Central America.  

From August 2011, Alvaro served as the former Colombian Trade Commissioner to Canada, where he played a pivotal role in international business development. His contributions were instrumental in expanding Colombia's market share and forging strategic partnerships with global stakeholders and effectively promoting Colombian exports to Canada.

Under his leadership, Colombian exports to Canada experienced a remarkable 34% growth in 2021 and 2022.  Alvaro's efforts have contributed to a consistent investment compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 17% over the past decade, playing an integral role in attracting over 24 investment projects worth US$2.371 billion between August 2018 and February 2023, showcasing his ability to foster economic growth and create opportunities.

In addition to his accomplishments in trade and investment, Alvaro facilitated the growth of Canadian tourists visiting Colombia, with an average annual increase of 16%. He also improved airfreight connectivity, further enhancing the bilateral relationship between the two countries.

Mr. Smith currently serves on the Board of Directors of several TSX/NASDAQ listed companies: Organigram Holdings Inc. (Audit Committee Chair and Investment Committee member), Flow Beverage Corp. (Audit Committee Chair), MAV Beauty Brands (Audit Committee Chair) and CE Brands (Audit Committee Chair).

Over the past several years Mr. Smith has also served on the Board of Directors of Freshii Inc (Lead Director and Audit Committee Chair) and led the2023 sale process to Foodtastic Inc., Newstrike Brands Ltd. (Lead Director and Audit Committee Chair) and led the sale process to Hexo Corp., and from 2013 to 2017 Mr. Smith served on the Board of Directors of CST Brands Inc., based in San Antonio Texas, an SEC registrant (Audit Committee and Executive Committee) prior to its sale to Couche-Tard.

From 2014 to 2018, Mr. Smith held the position of Executive Vice President and Advisory Board Director of Jackman Reinvention Inc., a privately held brand and strategy consulting firm in Toronto. From 2007 to 2013, Mr. Smith served as co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Cara Operations Limited (now Recipe Unlimited), Canada’s oldest and largest full service restaurant company. Mr. Smith was a key member of the executive team during the rapid growth and repositioning of Cara. From 1985 to 2007, Mr. Smith held various senior and executive level positions, including Executive Vice President from 1999 to 2007, at Loblaw Companies Limited, the leading food and pharmacy retailer in Canada.

An accomplished executive and active Board member with extensive leadership and managerial experience in complex, low margin and highly competitive environments, and managing multi billion dollar investment activities.

A proven extensive track record of successfully reorganizing business operations and management teams for maximum effectiveness as well as managing teams and businesses through the many operational hurdles and ambiguities of retail, hospitality and CPG industries.

A strong experienced leader with a steady hand, and a successful builder of teams and businesses both organically and through acquisition, together with a compelling financial background ensures the highest degree of integrity and professionalism.

Mr. Smith has also regularly served his community over the years through his active participation on the St Michael’s Hospital Foundation Board and for the past 12 years on the Board of Directors of Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Mr. Smith is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
